In addition, this formula contains 100 mg elemental Magnesium from Magnesium Bisglycinate per tablet. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system. It also contributes to extra energy when tired. Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly absorbable form of magnesium with a high bioavailability, which means that it is well absorbed by the body. This is because each magnesium particle is bound (chelated) to two molecules of the amino acid glycine and therefore does not split under the influence of stomach acid. ² In addition, the tablets have a 'time release' release, which means that the ingredients are released throughout the day or night. 

Vitamin B3 and B6

Vitamins B3 and B6 are important for the nervous system and help to reduce fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to a good energy supply in the muscles and supports the immune system.
