Topbrands2go Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
1. Cooling-off Period & Terms You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
Upon receipt of the returned items, you will be credited the full order amount, including the original standard shipping costs. The direct costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.
2. Condition of the Product & Eligibility This policy applies to items in their original, resalable condition. Should the product or packaging be damaged more than necessary to inspect or try the item, we may pass this reduction in value on to you. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is securely packaged when returning.
