1. Cooling-off Period & Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of your cancellation via sales@topbrands2go.nl or info@topbrands2go.nl, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including original standard shipping costs. The direct costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are for your own account.
2. Product Condition & Value Reduction (Waardevermindering) During the cooling-off period, you should handle the product and packaging with care. You are permitted to unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.

4. Refunds We will refund the full order amount due (including shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving notification of your cancellation, provided that the product has been received back in good order or you have provided proof that the product has been returned. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
