1. OVERVIEW & BINDING AGREEMENT

This website is operated by TopBrands2Go. Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TopBrands2Go (.nl, .com, .us). By visiting our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using this website or purchasing any products.

2. UNIVERSAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CBD & NON-CBD)

• Reseller Status: TopBrands2Go acts strictly as a platform/reseller. We do not manufacture the products.
• No Medical Claims: No product sold on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided is for educational purposes only.
• Total Indemnity: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopBrands2Go shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: health complications, allergic reactions, or legal repercussions arising from the use or misuse of any product (CBD or non-CBD). You use these products at your own risk.

3. CBD & HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCT DISCLOSURE (THE "SHIELD")

For all orders containing Cannabidiol (CBD) or Hemp-derived products, the following terms are absolute:

• 0.0% THC Attestation: All products are verified to contain 0.0% traceable THC and are produced under EU-GMP standards.
• Importer of Record: The Buyer (Customer) is legally defined as the "Importer of Record." It is your sole responsibility to ensure that CBD is legal in your delivery jurisdiction.
• Customs & Seizure Policy: TopBrands2Go has fulfilled its legal contract the moment the package is handed to the carrier. We are NOT responsible for seizures, delays, destructions, or fines imposed by Customs or Law Enforcement. NO REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SEIZED GOODS.
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: Our products are non-narcotic under the UN Single Convention (1961) and the US 2018 Farm Bill. Any attempt to legally challenge TopBrands2Go for "trafficking" will be met with a counter-suit for defamation and legal costs.

4. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

• No Lawsuits: You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase shall be settled by Final and Binding Arbitration in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI).
• No Jury Trials: You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity.
• Legal Fees: If you attempt to sue TopBrands2Go and lose (or if the case is moved to arbitration), you agree to pay all of TopBrands2Go’s legal fees, court costs, and administrative expenses.

5. EXTERNAL LINKS & THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

We are not liable for the instructions, content, or accuracy of third-party brand owners. Any complaints regarding the physical quality of a product must be directed to the brand manufacturer, not TopBrands2Go.
